I ordered two auger tips and received only one. The one that I got looked used, even though I was assured it had not been. The outer box had been opened and retaped. Nate offered to send me the missing bit, but the quality was not up to my standard. When I buy something new it needs to look new.

Auger tip does the job. Packaging was so poor I am surprised it made it here. Cardboard box had about 10 large copper staples to close it but only 2 of the staples actually were installed correctly. box was torn open laying by my door with the items laying in bottom of box.

As your records show I have purchased a number of different things from you. As usual this one worked great. They were replacement auger tips. These are much better that what I had.

Will not bite without good teeth	May 16, 2018

I have owned my auger about 2 years. I am going to estimate that I dug 80-100 holes when all of a sudden it quit biting and would only dig 10"-12". I thought the problem was the tip so ordered one and that didn't help. I called and explained my issue and we decided that I need a new set of teeth. Mine were still sharp but had lost over 1/2" of material. Once installing the new teeth it dug like the day I bought it. I definitely think the teeth should last longer than they did since I am digging in clay and not much rock.
