I ordered two auger tips and received only one. The one that I got looked used, even though I was assured it had not been. The outer box had been opened and retaped. Nate offered to send me the missing bit, but the quality was not up to my standard. When I buy something new it needs to look new.

Auger tip does the job. Packaging was so poor I am surprised it made it here. Cardboard box had about 10 large copper staples to close it but only 2 of the staples actually were installed correctly. box was torn open laying by my door with the items laying in bottom of box.
