The front tires on my Kubota L3800 4wd have a fair amount of wear and last year, I was loosing traction on my steep gravel drive in the winter, especially under load going up hill, even with double ring chains on the rear.  These front chains improve traction noticeably.   They are a valuable addition.

Good timing and prompt delivery to my door by UPS for free. A great deal considering the weight of these 27x8.5x15 snow chains. The welded on V links make these bite more aggressively. They do scratch concrete more than standard chains. My rock-n-dirt driveway is nearly 1/2mi long and these quality hardened chains show very little wear. More difficult to install and must make sure v-links don't twist into tire. Play with them to get as tight as possible and I then used heavy bungee cords to pull up any slack. Also wired down slack ends of chain. My steering in 4-wheel improved when I slipped into the ditches.
