I bought this mower to cut about 6 acres. It came well protected in a crate, and all the hardware was with it. My son helped me put it together, which was pretty easy, with good instructions.I like the 2 belt design with no tensioning pulley’s and springs to wear out. The cut is just as good as my zero turn. Taking care of the mower, it should last for years.EverythingAttachments are great folks to deal with, and are very helpful when ordering.

Other than the fact I was missing 1 bolt and the deck was all scratched up from shipping, the mower works great.

This mower deck works extremely well, it performs as advertised and the quality is great, very quiet and smooth, very heavy duty for a finishing mower. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to buy again from EA.

Some issues	October 31, 2018

I like the mower but, the keyway for the for the gearbox was not installed, so I had to take it apart and then reinstall it. Also their are no grease fittings on the spindles. Maybe my biggest complaint is that the gearbox doesn't have a drain plug. You have to suck the oil out to do the oil change. The mower does cut very well though. EA Response: These mowers are shipped to the customer just as a dealer would receive them, so some setup is required. The newest spindle design features sealed spindle bearings, which has not been problematic in the least and is featured on most all current zero turn mowers in the industry. Agricultural gearboxes simply do not have drain plugs. This is true for rotary cutters, tillers, post hole diggers..pretty much all of them. Thanks for the business and happy cutting!

I thought that my old finish mower did a good job. Compared to this mower not so much. Takes a little to get the height right but then the job it does is fantastic!
My yard had gotten a little tall because of the rain and my work schedule, but the mower handled it easily. I guess because of the height o the grass it did windrow a little. But no complaints from me.
Assembly was not that difficult but an extra hand would have made it easier for an old man like me.
Money well spent and if it holds up I should be done buying mowers.
Always have had a good experience dealing with these people. Thanks!

Accurate Information	June 17, 2016

Received my mower less than one day of ordering. Amazing! Mower was carefully packed and crated. More assembly was required than anticipated. Had my 16 yr old daughter assemble it. Instructions were not exactly clear on the placement of each part. On-line pictures helped for that purpose. Covers for the belts are plastic and not metal. According to Rick at ETA, this has been the case for about 5 years. (think it may be time to update the website, eh?). Also, if the mower is being shipped to you, there is no gear oil in the box, it comes dry. Video states oil will be in the gearbox. Just want to clarify for other customers to manage expectations. This is still an excellent product and a great company to work with.
