I am very happy with the quality of the box blade. I was also satisfied with EA's quick communication. I held back a star because I should have been able to determine the backorder/wait time prior to ordering- the wait should be a part of my decision. I didn't find out until after the order was placed. In addition, funds should not have been withdrawn until the implement was built; instead, they were taken at the time of the order, months before it was fulfilled. If I had known these two things, I would have been more informed before making a decision. EA RESPONSE: Glad you like the box blade, and thanks for the business. We're doing all we can in effort to lower lead times, but unfortunately, with the many things all of us have been dealing with, extended lead times have been common in this industry and beyond. EA is always a quick phone call or email away if anyone has any questions or concerns. A real person answers the phone, during business hours, within a couple of rings. We hope the performance and longevity of the quality box blade earns back the missing star. Thanks for the feedback.
