Reviewer: Glenn Perschino from Norwalk, CT United States
Called for information about a 72” wicked root grapple and spoke with Nate. They happened to have one on the bench and shipped it immediately. I received it in 3 days with no issues. The unit is exactly as advertised and is a beast! Thank you for a quality attachment!!

5 of 5 Grapple truly the best December 6, 2023
Reviewer: MARK KITOWSKI from PLOVER, WI United States
Everything went exactly as planned as far as ordering and delivery. I would say mine took about 9 to 10 weeks from the time I ordered from the time it was delivered. Travis was amazing and he helped to customize the grapple to suit me best. I live in an area with lots of rocks, and I wanted to get a combination grapple and have the ability to pick up rocks with it without having them all fall through the grapple tines. Travis sent me some photos of some options to assist and they were great. The added cost was well worth it.  We love the unit! The only thing that happened is I have the wrong hydraulic connections and I had to go to the store and swap them out. Thank you for the great product.

Have not had a chance to install my third function yet, but it showed up with no shipping damage and looks great. This is my second unit from EA, and I purchased from them again because of the great quality.

5 of 5 Kick A$$ Grapple May 11, 2023
Reviewer: Arthur Kallenbach from Fridley, MN United States
The grapple's fit and finish is amazing.  The quality is obvious.  These grapples are more expensive than many out there, but the quality far exceeds the extra money.  I'll go cheap on some things, but not a grapple.

Build and delivery estimate was 3 months and they made it happen.

Additionally; when I first ordered, there is an option to put in the type of Quick connect couplings.  I provided the Bobcat part # for each coupler.  A salesman called me shortly after my online order asking about the couplers.  He wanted to double check because they didn't keep those in stock and would have to special order.  I said that I get them could put them on, but he insisted it would save me about $70 for them to provide them.  He was right.  This is my 2nd purchase from EA.  I bought a WR Long snow plow from them in early 2020.  Always been a great experience.

3 of 5 Expected more for premium price March 14, 2023
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Strasburg, VA United States
I'm glad I have it and it now works like it should but I'm not sure it's worth the money based on the quality expected vs what I received. I expect some modifications for fit but it was nearly impossible to lock/unlock the quick attach arm on the left side because the mount surface was not flush and flat. Much of the support/crossbar pieces were not welded flush to the back of the mount. I had to grind a good bit off the parts that were sticking out and now it works just fine but with the price paid that is disappointing. The hydraulic hoses on one cylinder also had a small leak right from the get go. And nothing was was greased either. I had to adjust the hydraulic hoses so they wouldn't be under so much tension at full dump but that's to be expected based on my tractor hydraulic mounts. Bottom line, I waited 4 months and paid premium money for a piece of equipment that required a fair amount of work just to be able to use and work properly.  EA RESPONSE:  All of our parts are laser cut and test fit multiple times during the manufacturing process, so the likelihood of something being not flush or flat is very low.  Many times, due to the nature of the beast, quick attach mounts on the tractor have a slight tweak on one side, which isn't noticeable to the naked eye, which causes one side to be harder to hook up.  We're betting this is the case, but with something you're taking out to dig with, it is hard telling.  We do not run fluid through the hoses, and apologize if there was a leak.  NPT thread, so it probably needs tightening(swivel fittings, so that's easy) and/or resealing(unlikely).  Our dual lid compact grapples have the spring hose protector to keep the hoses tight when dumping/curling, and naturally, by design, it will tighten up and spring tension will make it tight when you dump.  That's how it is supposed to be.  We appreciate your business.

5 of 5 Wicked Root Grapple, beyond expectations! March 3, 2023
Reviewer: Mike Hall from Henderson, KY United States
Received grapple, mounted and hooked it up the next day. Worked just as it should. Pleasantly surprised it was beefed up more than I imagined. Great attention to detail on stiffeners and grease fitting locations. Very well thought out attachment. Thanks

5 of 5 Jaws of Death (in a good way!) February 7, 2023
Reviewer: D Smith from Midland, VA United States
Once I placed my order, Travis (I think) called and made sure everything was correct and to verify a freight terminal. I received another call to say it was about a month out. Great follow up! The grapple showed up earlier than originally expected. Pick up at the hub was easy.
Reasons I decided on EA over the competition based on design:
-Laminated tines.  They resist bending the teeth if you are pulling logs out at odd angles.
-Grease fittings.
-Made in the USA
Points to note should you choose an EA grapple:
-If your 3rd function couplers point straight out from your loader, ask EA to install 45° fittings on the grapple hose ends. This will keep the hoses from getting kinked when you roll the attachment back.
-Protective hose sleeves are NOT included. I'm sure they would add them if you asked but I didn't think about it. Not a big deal since the local hydraulic shop sells it for under $1/ foot.
I will definitely shop here again. Just have to decide what I "need" next!
