Mixed review- ordered and told 3-4 weeks and ended up being several months. Card was charged a month prior to receiving it. No communication on their part, I had to call them repeatedly. At one point I told them I may have to cancel if it didn’t come soon and was told, “ that’s fine.” When it did come I asked if it was filled with gear lubricant. Video they put out says it is, but I wanted to double check. I was told , “ I think it was, but you better check for safety sake. “ odd response, not the comment one would expect.
So, my recommendation- brush up on customer service.
Digger itself- awesome piece of equipment and works great! I’m glad I got it!
EA RESPONSE: We're usually pretty good at predicting lead times, but sometimes material unexpectedly gets us behind. We don't like it, either. Concerning the gearbox, they're all supposed to have the proper level of fluid when leaving here, but it is always best to assume it is dry, before use. Nothing like double checking because it's better safe, than sorry. Thanks so much for the business and feedback.
