I ordered this unroller on Monday and was told they were very busy and had a backlog of orders, despite that it was delivered to my location on Friday of the same week. 5 stars for service!
About the implement itself. I am happy with it and it works well. I have 2 small, I repeat ,small issues. One is the hydraulic line is very light duty. Number two is, the two prongs that spear the bale aren't quite lined up. They aren't bent but the sleeves they slide into weren't welded in the arm channel true to each other. This sometimes causes a little issue getting the very last of the bale to unroll. This wouldn't be a big deal for someone using the unroller to feed cattle but I'm using it to bust round bales and make square bales. The last of the bale that won't unroll is hard on a hay tetter.
Overall I am very happy with the product, price, and service. I have two small issues but even with that in mind I would still buy again. Thank you.
