I bought the cement mixer because I had a job on the lake to do and I could not get any deliveries to the site do to a 13 switchback driveway, most turns were a 3 pt turn in my truck. The job consisted of putting a foundation wall under the house and many pier holes. We also madea reataining wall that took 110 80lb bags alone. It made it much easier being able to mix at one spot then take the tractor to the footer or wall, also heavy an excavator on site helped too. All and all this moxer saved the backs of me and my guys, the only complaint is that every time you mix a batch about a bag to a bag and a half was left in mixer, I tried repostiobing the pins and 3pt height it just didn't work. No biggie just clean it out with a shovel, the biggest issue on that matter is just clean up really.
But like I said all and all a good product, and I will continue to use.
