The Digga 2DSS hydraulic auger is a step up from traditional tractor post hole diggers. Digging holes with an auger on the front end loader of your tractor is a more precise, easier, and more efficient way of digging holes. Digga offers their 2DSS auger in a package with either a sliding mount that would attach to your standard skid steer quick attach or a side mount that would mount on the side of your loader bucket for the best visibility.
Mounting an auger on the front of your tractor offers superior visibility, control, and ease of operation compared to rear-mounted augers. With a front-mounted auger, operators can clearly see the digging area, allowing for greater precision and reducing the chance of hitting obstacles. Front mounting also enhances maneuverability, as it eliminates the need for constantly reversing or adjusting the tractor’s position. Additionally, the hydraulic control of front-mounted augers offers smoother operation and better torque control, making it easier to handle tough soil and achieve cleaner, straighter holes.
