Plow wheel - good product - poor customer service |

The plow wheel I received was the one I ordered but I made a mistake. I contacted company and was told I would have to pay shipping if I returned it although I could bring it by on my way home and I went to business to purchase one earlier this year and was told that I would have to order on line before I could come by to pick it up. Why do I have to pay shipping to return when I can drop by on my way home? The only reason I had it shipped was that I couldn’t order it and pick it up the day I was at the business. Seems like some customer service work needs to resolve this for local folks. EA RESPONSE: If the part was ordered by the customer and EA shipped it, then EA paid for the shipping to get it to the customer, so the customer would be responsible for that shipping if he returns the part. If the customer brings the part by here, he'll obviously not be responsible for the return shipping, so he would get credit for the part, less the shipping amount that we paid to originally get the part to him. If arranged prior, it is possible to order something and pick it up here on the same day, if it is in stock. I hope this explains. I will also email it to the customer.
