I ordered a bottom plow. It took three months to get it but the man on the phone was upfront about that and it came before the delivery date. I feel like the quality I got for the price was a very fair deal. Overall I was very pleased with this company.

From the help and advice before the sale, to the accuracy and timely communication the entire experience smacks of a commitment to customer loyalty. That extends to the plow itself... heavy duty, well designed and flawlessly effective. As someone who has spent 30 years teaching and coaching companies how to attract and retain loyal customers, my experience with EA will be added to my examples of how it is done in the real world.

Arrived fast and shipping was very reasonable. Quality is excellent. The plow worked wonderfully. Very little adjustment was needed to get started plowing. I'm very satisfied with plow and the salesman's knowledge.

Great customer service. Was ready for pick up earlier than expected. Was in and out very quickly. I have not used the plow as of yet but plan to within a month. I feel confident that if I have an issue or question that EA will be there for assistance. EA is my implement company for life.
