Don't waste you time looking at competitors inferior metal discombobulations. Buy from the best. EA will not disappoint. You'll feel like a little school girl on Christmas day unwrapping your hardex masterpiece. Save the pallet to put your bucket on since you'll never want to remove your grapple. Go out and be a monster picking things up and putting them down. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Reviewer: James J Elliott from Orange City, FL United States
I wish I bought this the day I bought my tractor. Great product absolutely no complaints. I probably spent 2 hours after I installed it cleaning up my lot of under brush and moving down trees. I did a week worth of work in two hours!!! Definitely worth it!

Couldn’t be more pleased. Helpful consultation with staff and order placed.Told ahead of time would be 4 month wait but in actuality was 2-3 months. Delivered to my residence with no problems whatsoever.Packed on pallets very efficiently and with no damage. Grapple works well as described. Very heavy duty.

4 of 5 50 In Compact Wicked Root Grapple October 14, 2021
Reviewer: Zing 1 from Westerville, OH United States
I purchased the grapple (paid in full) on 4/17/21 and was quoted a 12-14 week lead time ... after 19 weeks I finally received the grapple on 8-31-21 ... after the 7th week I started following up with them on an est. delivery date ... my follow-up continued approx. every 2 weeks for the next 10 weeks ... at which time I became frustrated with the lack of information, knowledge of production schedules and the attitude of the inside sales person whom I'd been communicating with ... I then asked to speak to the production manager, who was helpful in getting me answers and ultimately the product ... I've used the grapple enough now to say it's a great product ... I fully understand the challenges we all are facing in todays world ... not sure if EA's expansion, labor problems or material availability were the problem or a combination of all three ... but I think they could have done a much better job communicating production schedules and with customer service ...  EA RESPONSE:  Challenges in todays world are hard to understand and deal with, but we're doing what we can to get products built, and out to our customers as quickly as possible.  When customers call us on a weekly, or semi weekly basis, and we're forced to give some kind of "update" or "status", we try to do that to the best of our ability.  Thanks for your business.  I hope the grapple's tractor maximizing performance and quality makes up for the frustrations and missing star.
